Origins and evolution

Our origins date back to the 1990s, when Sandra Buisan (RIP) and Rosa Maria Esqué founded the professional firm Tandem TM & Associats SLP, focused on providing tax advisory services to companies and individual clients. In 2000, with the creation of Arc Associats, the firm began its expansion with the incorporation of Francisco González de Gispert.

Since then, and over the years, with the addition of other professionals, Arc Associats has consolidated a multidisciplinary team that, in addition to the tax area, includes corporate, civil, insolvency, real estate, administrative, litigation, labor, insurance, and immigration law. These services are provided to both national and international clients.
