Francisco González

Partner & lawyer

Graduated in Law at the University of Barcelona (1997), Francisco González has been a partner of Arc Associats since 2000. He specializes in civil litigation, particularly in the insurance and construction sectors, providing legal defense in disputes related to leases, property rights, construction contracts, horizontal property, construction defects, among others.

He has extensive expertise in insolvency law, advising both companies and individuals in situations of financial distress. He is involved in the negotiation and formalization of agreements between debtors and creditors, as well as in the handling of insolvency proceedings before the courts.

As a court-appointed insolvency administrator, he has been designated in various judicial proceedings. He also collaborates as external counsel for other companies, offering advice based on personalized attention, professional rigor, and flexibility in addressing each case.

Rosa Maria Esqué

Partner, economist, & tax advisor

Graduated in Economics from the University of Barcelona (1993), in Law from the University of Lleida (2000), and holding a Master’s degree in Tax Advisory from the University of Barcelona (1996), Rosa Maria Esqué is a partner and co-founder of Arc Associats. Since 1994, she has specialized in corporate and personal tax law, advising across all areas of taxation. Her approach is grounded in ethical commitment, active listening, and a results-oriented mindset, with a comprehensive view of each client. She leads the accounting and administrative departments of Tandem TM & Associats, SLP.

A member of the College of Economists of Catalonia, the Catalan Association of Tax, Accounting and Labor Advisors, and TAP (Torn d’Actuacions Professionals), she also serves as an insolvency administrator and court expert.

With over 20 years of experience, she has been an associate professor in taxation and business advisory at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
